Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) Formerly known as RCIA
OCIA is a journey that prepares men and women to make a conscious choice to become full members of the Catholic Church. The OCIA process is a sacramental preparation for the celebration of the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist.
 
If you or someone you know is interested in preparing to receive any or all of these sacraments then O.C.I.A is the place for you. We will begin this journey on:
 Sunday, September 8th from 12:15 to 1:45 at St. Paul Parish in the Parish Center.
 
If you are already Catholic, but would like to learn more about our beautiful Catholic Faith you are MORE than welcome to join us!

Oh good and gracious God, We praise you and thank you for the gift of St. Paul Catholic School where the message of Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection is proclaimed. It is a sacred privilege to prepare each child to have a personal relationship with Jesus.

Listen to our prayers as we ask you, Lord, to increase our enrollment of students so they can benefit from a Catholic education, where Christ’s love abounds; and that our school grows in nurturing the souls and forms the minds of its students for generations to come.

For every five prayers said a stone will be added to the cross and we will watch as our prayers grow!
 

The diocesan finance office has engaged Lighthouse Services to provide an anonymous ethics and compliance hotline for all employees of the juridic persons of the Diocese of Lansing.  This hotline allows for an appropriate method to report fraud, unlawful, unethical and other types of improper behavior at it relates to temporal administration of juridic persons in the Diocese of Lansing.
